Two Jewish women, 27 and 33, were fortunate that PA (Palestinian Authority) police safely escorted them out of el-Bireh, next to Ramallah, on Tuesday afternoon.
The two mistakenly entered the autonomous area via the Kalandia Checkpoint as they tried making their way to Itamar in Shomron. A local resident reportedly sighted them and alerted police. Officers handed them over to the IDF Civil Administration officials unharmed.
