Fire investigators on Thursday morning 21 Adar-II announced the cause of the fire in Bnei Brak on Wednesday night that injured ten, two seriously, was an electrical short circuit. It is added that it appears this was due to human error, without detailing at this point.
Some twenty plus people were extricated from the burning building on Pedro Street by firefighters. The blaze was reported at about 23:15.
Among the injured is a mother in her 30s and her infant, both described in serious condition in Tel Hashomer Hospital.
