The man in the photo collapsed near a Meah Shearim photo about three weeks ago and was niftar over Rosh Hashana, in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. No one has stepped forward to identify the Niftar.
Zaka is calling on anyone who can identify him to call 1220 (without the asterisk) from any telephone in Israel, or call Bentzion Oiring 057-775-2045.
