TEHILLIM NEEDED – Child Struck In Flatbush With Life-Threatening Injuries


ai.jpg6:05PM EST: [UPDATES & PHOTOS BELOW] Flatbush Hatzolah is on the scene of a 10 year old child struck by a vehicle on Avenue J and East 2nd Street.

Arriving Hatzolah units have requested Paramedics to respond forthwith. The child is reportedly unconscious, and has serious injuries.

A YWN reporter is on the scene, and will post an update shortly.

UPDATE 6:20PM EST: Hatzolah has transported the child to Lutheran Trauma Center with serious injuries. The NYPD “AI Squad” has been requested to the scene for an investigation (due to the severity of the injuries).

  2. It seems as if the last couple weeks have brought us several cases of children being hit by cars. PLEASE, let’s all be careful when driving through residential areas.

    While certainly we should always be careful when driving anywhere, there are no accidents. The message is not about driving safely: HaShem – the Tov v’HaKmeitiv – could not conceivably take so many young children in two-three months simply in order to teach us to drive safely, close our gates, or watch our children. That would seem cruel.
