Monsey Trails is planning to change its bus route to Manhattan in order to avoid going through side streets and neighborhoods in Monsey.
Under the proposal, buses would no longer begin their service runs by stopping at Francis Place, Ida Road, Rita Avenue and Jill Lane. Instead, riders will have to meet the bus at the corner of Kearsing Parkway and Route 306.
The changes would likely take effect at the end of the year, pending approval from county officials.
At the same time, bus service, which operates in New Square and Monsey, will expand its coverage area, Lunger said. Buses that travel to Manhattan will begin their routes at Forshay Road and Grandview Avenue in unincorporated Ramapo. Buses would pick up passengers who flag them down as the buses make their way south, past Rockland Community College, and then east along Carlton Road toward Route 306.
Buses that travel between Rockland and Brooklyn, however, would continue to circle through the neighborhoods, Lunger said.

But there’s no parking lot at 306 and Kearsing (as far as I recall). That will be very inconvenient for many people.
Park in the Victoria Gardens parking lot or across the street in Blueberry Hill
This is not nogei’ah to me personally. I live near Saddle River Road and Grove.
