It was an emotional event on Thursday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Adar-II, a bris for a nephew of Sara bas Dina Sperling, the passenger who was most seriously injured in the recent Egged 402 bus accident.
The bris was held in Assaf HaRofeh Hospital to permit Sara to be a part of the family simcha. HaGaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita traveled to the hospital to be the sandek at the special event. Following the bris he gave a bracha for her refuah.
B’chasdei Hashem, doctors are reporting some improvement in her condition and she has been released from an intensive care unit. Doctors explain they are satisfied with her progress, adding there will be a long road to recuperation and rehabilitation ahead.
The family calls on the tzibur to continue being mispallel for Sara.
