The Jerusalem District Court on Thursday sentenced Mohammad Albadan to life in prison plus 14 years for the murder of elderly Jerusalem resident 86-year-old Avraham Ozeri HY”D.
Albadan, a resident of Tuqwa in eastern Gush Etzion, stabbed Ozeri to death in Jerusalem’s Gilo neighborhood in October 2008. He was fleeing from police when he slashed the elderly man as he passed. He also moderately wounded a police officer.
