Israel Police reports that officers stopped a 31-year-old PA (Palestinian Authority) taxi driver a week ago near the Kiosk Checkpoint. They were acting on a tip. He was found to be transporting 6,000 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition, which is used for an M16 assault rifle.
An indictment was handed down against the Shechem resident in the Ofir Military Court.
