Ongoing anti-Israel incitement on PA (Palestinian Authority) television has reached unprecedented levels in recent months during the ongoing wave of Palestinian terror.
The Shurat HaDin organization has decided to act and it is working on filing a lawsuit against the PA heads of broadcasting, holding them responsible for the unacceptable content shown to residents of PA areas.
Shurat HaDin plans to file the suit in the International Court of Justice in The Hague, showing how some of the terrorists in recent months have admitted they actions were influenced by PA media, including the terrorist who murdered Mrs. Dafna Meir of Otniel.
Heads of broadcasting in Ruanda were placed on trial for war crimes due to the character of content and they were sentenced 30 year sentences, points out attorney Nitzan Darshan-Leitner, who hopes to use such legal precedents in her case against PA broadcasting officials.

Shut down all of PA television and then sue them. All anti Israel stations should be shut down. Period.
