Police believe an Arab male in his 30s, who was injured on Shmuel HaNavi Street in the capital, was assaulted by chareidim. The victim was transported to Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital with light injuries. Police are investigating.

**Six people were injured, one critically and one moderately, in an MVA near Kibbutz Shfayam in the Sharon area.

**Jewish motorists were attacked by Arabs hurling rocks on Route 60 near Sinjel in the Gush Shilo area of Shomron during the Monday evening rush hour. No injuries reported.

**Moishe Holtzberg, not yet 3, whose parents were murdered in the Mumbai Chabad House attack, was a guest of honor at a Tel Aviv Chabad event marking 18 Elul. Also present were Rav Yisrael Meir Lau Shlita, Avraham Fried, and Justice Minister Prof. Yaakov Ne’eman. Present with Moishe were of course his grandparents, R’ Shimon and Rebbitzin Rosenberg, who are raising him, and Sondra, who extricated him from the terrorist nightmare, saving his life. 

**A mortar shell fell in an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council on Monday evening.
