A U.S. District Court judge has pushed back the trial of Sholom Rubashkin and 3 former top managers of the slaughterhouse and meat-processing plant, the Associated Press is reporting.
The case will be pushed off until Oct. 13.
The judge also said that she will issue decisions within days on a motion to change the trial location and a request by Sholom Rubashkin to dismiss all 163 counts against him because of alleged abuse of the grand jury process.
