On Wednesday evening 8 Adar I Belze Chassidim in Yerushalayim will take part in the bar mitzvah of Dovid Rokeach, the son of HaRav Aharon Mordechai Rokeach, the only child of the Belzer Rebbe. Thousands are expected to take part in the simcha along with the Rebbe Shlita, which will be held in Kiryat Belz in the capital.
The bar mitzvah bochur had his ‘hanochas tefilin’ before shachris Wednesday morning with the rebbe. What is significant is that in the past, other bochrim would participate in the hanochas tefilin as well as all aspects of the simcha but in this case, in light of recent tragedies R”L, the rebbe instructed bochrim to remain in beis medrash and continue learning until later in the day when they will take part in the actual bar mitzvah.
Members of the Belze Court point out this is particularly significant as it is understood the bochrim are at the chosson bar mitzvah’s side but due to tragic events, the rebbe has decided this is necessary step and they must not break from limud Torah.

The best thing would be that the Rebbe, or his son, should say nice and Lomdishe Dvar Halochos and Pilpulim, when they are sitting by a Tish.
This will inspire the Chasidim to be M’falpel with each other, and inspire a mood of learning into the K’hilla.

Apparently you are not very familiar with Belz and have never been to a tish. A very powerful “mood of learning” already exists and always has in Belz and Torah is a central part of every tish.
