First reports of the suspected vehicular ramming attack arrived at 17:40 today, motzei Shabbos parshas Mishpatim. A vehicle occupied by several Arabs rammed the Metzudat Adumim Junction near Maale Adumim. Soldiers opened fire at the vehicle, wounding three occupants.

Three border policemen were treated and transported to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital with what was described as light injuries.

Two occupants, one 14 and the second 40, were also transported to Hadassah Ein Kerem and the third to Shaare Zedek Hospital with gunshot wounded to his abdomen. They are all reportedly in stable condition.

It is unclear if this was a premeditated attack or a vehicle transporting PA (Palestinian Authority) illegals that panicked when they saw the checkpoint.
