11:16: A stabbing attack has been reported at a checkpoint near the Shomron community of Beit El, located in the Binyamin Regional Council district. There appears to be two injured on the scene. The attacker has been neutralized. More to follow.

11:21: Conflicting reports. It now appears the attack involved gunfire, not knives. One of the wounded was hit near the neck. The gunfire appears to have originated from an Arab-driven vehicle that approached the military checkpoint.

MDA Chief of Operations Eli Bin reports two of the wounded are in serious condition. At least one of the wounded is being transported to the trauma unit of Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.

11:26: The attack occurred at the Focus Checkpoint, not far from Beit El. Soldiers in the area fired at the attacker, wounding him seriously.

Magen David Adom reports the victims are in their twenties, stating two are in serious condition and the third light.
