Don’t expect Barack Obama to wind up on the Supreme Court — he doesn’t want the job.
The White House says Obama’s post-presidency plans don’t include becoming a Supreme Court justice.
When Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was asked in Iowa if she’d nominate Obama if she were elected president, she responded by saying, “What a great idea.”
But White House spokesman Josh Earnest says Obama would prefer to spend his post-presidency handling a wider range of issues than what the high court typically deals with.
Obama himself said in 2014 that he doesn’t envision serving on the Supreme Court because the experience would be too “monastic” for him.

He’s worse than Trump.
Besides the fact that he has no relevant experience for the Supreme Court, he probably wants to be Secretary General of the UN when Ban Ki Moon retires.
He did used to teach constitutional law at the University of Chicago. And he can’t be UN SG: Permanent members of the UN SC can’t have one of their citizens as SG.
Of course if we are stupid enough to elect Trump or Cruz the UN may reconsider that rule in order to stick it to the new horrible US President.
Charliehall we were stupid enough to elect the current moron twice so nothing can be worse. Besides Cruz actually knows and respects the constitution unlike the aforementioned moron.
Ex-presidents rake in the dough with speaking engagements. A real job would also get in the way of his golf addiction.

I read this with wonder at how much self-hate a person can posses. After seven years all the mah-yofis can do is bash Trump and Cruz, without a single word of criticism for Israel-hating Obama.
