Monday Morning News Briefs from Eretz Yisrael


IDF soldiers taking part in counter-terror operations throughout Yehuda and Shomron on Sunday night arrested 15 suspects.

**13 left-wing protestors were in Jerusalem’s Shimon HaTzaddik neighborhood were arrested in an unauthorized gathering as they decried the High Court’s decision to oust Arab squatters from Jewish homes. The US State Department condemned the eviction too.

**Residents of unauthorized outpost vow to file legal suits against officers involved in evicting them from their homes. DM Barak has announced the government will stand behind its soldiers and officers in the face of any and all legal actions against them.

**No injuries were reported in the Sunday night blaze in a building on Chafetz Chaim Street in Yerushalayim’s Zichron Moshe neighborhood.

**Some 200 people in Beersheva took part in a support rally for Israel’s to’eva community following the motzei shabbos shooting attack in Tel Aviv.
