An IDF company commander sustained a light hand injury when a Palestinian terrorist armed with a knife attacked him on the road from Har Aval in the Shomron. Soldiers responded by firing at the attacker, wounding him seriously.

They were also attacked with a firebomb in the attack. B’chasdei Hashem no one was injured by the incendiary device.

In an update it is reported the terrorist has been killed.
