The chareidi community is angered over the Thursday afternoon court decision to keep the controversial mother under house arrest. This despite the fact that the state-appointed psychiatrist, Dr. Yaakov Weill, stated in his official evaluation for the court that the mother does not exhibit any psychosis, not suspected of Munchausen by proxy, or other psychiatric maladies.
YWN Israel has been meeting and speaking with senior officials in the Eida Chareidis, in the midst of preparing a comprehensive report, which G-d willing will be released in the coming days. Efforts to meet with senior Hadassah officials are also continuing.
For now, YWN has confirmed the child is expected to be released by Sunday, and he will remain “with family”, not the mother, who remains under house arrest with the state reporting a criminal indictment will be filed soon.

Just read that she’s been released to home arrest in her home, with other kids.
According to multiple hiloni sources, she is at home wtih all the other kids, and Hadassah has to release the boy in the immediate future. That’s progress. I suspect they find a way to drop the matter quietly over the next few weeks.
