In a joyous atmosphere, Betar Illit officials were on hand Thursday morning 19 Teves to launch the city’s newest bus line, to and from Kever Rochel. On board the bus for the inaugural trip was Mayor Meir Rubinstein, his aide Yehuda Deutsch, IDF area Brigade Commander Colonel Roman Gufman, CEO of Kavei Illit Bus Company Tzion Patt, Betar Illit security officer Doron Koren, and a number of city residents who wished to be among the first to reach Kever Rochel on the first direct bus from the Torah city.

Mayor Rubinstein thanked all of the officials who played a hand in making the new bus route possible.
