It has been about 15 months since Gideon Saar surprised the nation and announced he is taking a hiatus from political life. He was at the height of popularity, so much so many thought he would challenge Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for the party leadership position, but he did not. He announced he simply needed to take a break, to devote some time to his personal life.
Rumors began surfacing during the summer that Saar was planning his return to politics. According to a Channel 10 report, he has spent months researching his prospects in today’s political climate, and he may announce the formation of a new party.
At present, this is all speculation as Saar himself remains silent regarding his intentions.

Silent is best until he is prepared & has all ducks in line.
He will need to strongly address socioeconomic problems and stand up to the tycoons,a close to impossible feat
