MK (Yesh Atid) Elazar Stern on Sunday, 8 Teves, commented on mounting criticism directed against the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet). The criticism surrounds the detention of suspects in the Duma arson case, subjecting detainees to illegal interrogation tactics including physical torture and sleep deprivation, as has been documented by Honenu.
Stern told the dati leumi Kippa website on Sunday “I rely on the ISA to get the job done”, expressing criticism against the mounting public outcry amid reports the detainees in the case are being deprived of their basic rights and subjected to torture including sleep deprivation and physical abuse. He feels the security agency must be permitted to continue with its objective, to fight terrorism, which he stresses includes Jewish terror and any effort to interfere with this represents a compromise of state security.
Kulanu MK Rachel Azaria echoed Stern’s words, criticizing those speaking out against the ISA. She called the arson attack “a despicable act that has yet to be solved and I hope the perpetrators will be punished and quickly. I trust security agencies that conduct their work for the benefit of the people of Israel and the State of Israel. Every security agency in Israel has internal monitoring and oversight and allegations regarding the interrogation can be probed through the customary procedure like any other investigation”.

Jewish terror is religious youth building homes on the hilltops of the Land given to us by HKBH. There is no Jewish terror, only at the hands of the erev rav government that oppresses religious Jews, beats up on news reporters and news photographers and denies the right to express opinions in a public forum. Stern will be punished along with the Shabak agents who are torturing children for a crime they did not commit. You do not believe it, listen to the transcript of the recording of one youth who cried to the judge, saying they keep beating me but I don’t have what to tell them…these kids did not do it and Shabak, Stern and everyone else knows it, but they pinned the blame on Jews seconds after the arabs out on their show of Jewish terror. After 3 weeks of torture, they still do not have a single confession or any break in the case. But they will continue with their demonic behavior until, chas v’shalom one of these kids dies and then pin the blame on him. What they are doing, which includes forcing them to break Shabbat, preventing them from all forms of avoda, religious youth, is designed to catch only one kind of Jewish terrorism–a belief in the coming of Moshiach and Kingdom of Moshiach and no Knesset! They are, like the minions of Satan, running scared for their lives that their time to commit evil acts in the world is coming to a close. And, if settling the Land that G-d gave us is terrorism, then I too am a terrorist! And proudly so!

and being dan le-kay zechus, if we compare the Shin Bet to other famous “secret police”, such as the Komitet gosudarstvennoy bezopasnosti or the Schutzstaffel, they are really quite well behaved and even mild mannered. And clearly they are non-discriminatory, treating both Jewish and Arab enemies of the state with equal kindness.
Of course, some spoiled Jews, particularly from western countries, have the silly idea that one shouldn’t live in a country with the famous “knock on the door in the middle of the night”, but as everyone understands, that’s the “minhag ha-makom” in the part of the world where Eretz Yisrael is located.

there is evidence that these youths that are detained were tortured… The ISA is very pressured to find the culprits of this heinous crime; which honestly deserves punishment.. But how they are treating this case is communistic and evil…
#1 I do have to say that while the title “jewish terrorism” is one that was created by the leftists to make the arabs look better. These yiddin are not killing anyone and are not dangerous theyre just passionate about their love for this land.They may sometimes be one or another a bit more daring; and not scared to stand up for himself but certainly not terrorists.. Theres just one thing I never figured out; how the Daati Leumi community are such devout lovers of the israeli govt etc….. We love tzion… We love eretz hakodesh…. we live here and want to keep the kedusha and respect it to the utmost but know that certainly with the kind of leadership this govt keeps on having; it is certainly no geula for us…. so we live here, daven here, hope here and wait for moshiach to arrive so we receive true control over it iyh…

#1- The suspects in this case are suspected of having set fire to two homes while the families were in them an of burning a child alive. Let me repeat that for you: burning a child alive. Not of ‘building homes on the hilltops of the Land given to us by HKBH’.
#3- In these United States law enforcement sends SWAT teams to kick down the doors of suspected terrorists in the night. The same is true of much of Western Europe. You may remember the recent scenes from France and Belgium. But hey, any opportunity to slander Israel, right?
#5- Baruch Hashem, there is very little Jewish terrorism and even less murderous Jewish terrorism but it has occurred. And if, God forbid, it turns out that Jews committed the crimes at Duma then it has happened again.
