Sderot Mayor Alon Davidi on Sunday, 8 Teves, made a solidarity visit to Gush Etzion, which has been hit hard by Islamic terror since the beginning of this ongoing wave of terror on erev Rosh Hashanah 5776.

Davidi was hosted by Gush Etzion Regional Council head Davidi Perl. Mayor Davidi explains that when “Sderot was in trouble” the residents of Gush Etzion were there to show solidarity with him and the residents of his city and he is doing the same today.

“This is our land and this comes with challenges as we find in Ra’anana and Sderot but this is our marvelous country and we continue to move ahead” he exclaims.

The soldier’s face is masked to hide his identity and not due to winter cold. Elite units are now stationed at Gush Etzion Junction, the site of many recent terror attacks, and there are prohibited from revealing their identities.
