I hope no campers were injured emotionally either. H’ Yeracheim
Your headline was frightening. Parents reading this were more shocked than I was (I know the camp, directors, boys & staff.) It implies someone from the camp was killed.
This was irresponsible sensationalism, very unnecessary. I’m surprised at YWN for posting it like this. Please change it.
Who is the Melech? And why does he need soldiers?
# 3.
I’m not positive, but i’ll take a lucky guess.
the melech most probably refers to Hashem, and the campers are the soldiers of hashem (i.e. by doing torah and mitzvos)
Spot on # 4
Its a Lubob camp and the campers are obviously trying to be soldiers of Hashem (I am sure that you have heard of tzivos Hashem, right)?
And there is me wondering if Chay Joeily Hamelech was a Satmar camp! ☺
So? John Brown’s body may have lain a-mouldering in his grave, but that didn’t stop hundreds of thousands of soldiers from marching in his name.
