At least three people have been injured in some type of collapse at a private home in Brooklyn, according to fire and emergency officials.
Authorities responded to the multi-story home at 146 Wilson Street near Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg after getting a call about the collapse around 9:15AM Monday.
FDNY reported that workers were trapped in the basement of the building when a “cave-in” occurred.
Initial reports stated they were stuck from the waist down.
After a few minutes the workers were extricated by members of the FDNY.
The FDNY told YWN that there are 3 patients total.
FDNY has requested Buildings Department to check the stability of the building.
