Border police at about 10:00pm on Monday night apprehended a terrorist carrying a large knife, which he admitted he planned to use to carry out a stabbing attack in the capital.
The arrest was made at a checkpoint near the Shuafat refugee camp. The terrorist in custody is a resident of PA-occupied Bet Lechem. Two others who were traveling with him were released after they were questioned.
