Israelis who accidentally entered PA-controlled Ramallah were brought out safely by PA police, turned over to Israeli authorities.

**IDF soldiers taking part in counter-terror operations throughout Yehuda and Shomron on Monday night arrested 10 suspects.

**A 27-year-old Arab woman carrying two large knives was arrested at a N. Shomron Ckpt on Monday.

**A Kiryat Motzkin taxi driver was attacked by three 14-year-old youths during the predawn hours on Monday. The driver reported they were drunk. The three dragged the driver out of his vehicle and drove off, hitting a tree after traveling a few hundred meters (yards). The driver is not seriously injured. The youths fled the scene, in the community of Nesher.

**IDF Chief of Staff Ashkenazi has disqualified himself from the decision-process if his brother Brig.-Gen. Avi should be promoted to major-general. The decision will be left to the deputy IDF chief of staff.

**Hamas is now accusing Israel of sending libido-increasing chewing gum along with alcohol and drugs into Gaza to destroy the social fabric of the Gaza youth.
