Chassidim who waited for the Sadigura Rebbe Shlita to come for seudas shlishis were surprised — the Rebbe did not attend. Rumors began circulating that the Rebbe Shlita did not feel well, while most chassidim were unaware of what was taken place. It appears the Rebbe fell a few hours earlier, fracturing his pelvis.

The Rebbe fell in his Bnei Brak home a number of hours earlier, and only after shabbos was the diagnosis of the fracture made. Physicians have decided surgery will be required to set the fracture.
