Montreal, Canada – There was a Chanukah Menorah lighting ceremony on the first night of Chanukah arranged by the community, which many high-ranking officials and law enforcement officers attended.

Among the attendees were  federal and provincial cabinet ministers as well as many other elected officials from all levels of government. Also in attendance  were officials from the Canada and United States border crossings.

The new police chief of Montreal as well as local commanders and top brass from community relations all participated in the event.
