Just three hours after the first Chanukah candle was lit, terror struck in the heart of Yerushalayim.

A Palestinian terrorist went on a stabbing spree on Yirmiyahu Street in Jerusalem, just near United Hatzalah Headquarters. The location of the attack is at Shaar Revachah supermarket, a chareidi supermarket.

The terrorist arrived in a vehicle and tried to run over a child, without success B”H. He then got out of his vehicle and tried to stab an elderly person. He was shot and killed shortly thereafter. B”H most of the injured are hysteria. There are two people with physical wounds, both listed in light condition by United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom.

MDA reports a male in his 60s has light injuries to his hands and is being transported to Shaare Zedek Hospital. Another male, in his 20s, is also listed in light condition, hit by a vehicle. It is not certain he was hit by the terrorist’s vehicle.

The terrorist was shot and killed.
