The wife of Rav Tzion Levy z”l, the rav of Panama who was niftar a number of months ago was seriously injured on shabbos.

As the rebbitzin was leaving shul on shabbos, she crossed a street and a car came speeding at her. The vehicle managed to stop at the last moment, but as a result of her fright, the rebbitzin fell backwards, apparently striking her head on the ground. She underwent a four-hour emergency surgical procedure.

On Sunday, she was reported in stable/serious condition, still in a comatose state. Tefillos are requested for Sara bas Yael.
