Once again, security and intelligence communities were successful in apprehended a Gaza-based terrorist, this time as he infiltrated into Israel from Sinai. The information of the arrest is cleared for publication on Sunday following the lifting of a gag order.

The suspect in custody is alleged to have planned to establish a terror cell and carry out attacks against Israeli targets.

The suspect is identified as Abed al-Rahman Talaaka, a terrorist who is reportedly well trained and capable of preparing bombs and car bombs.
