#1 – What may be Halachikly highly questionable to us should be put in perspective of an aching family full of pain that perhaps made an erroneous decision on the spur of the moment.

Perhaps the family didn’t make an erroneous decision at all. This is not a black and white halachic area.
His family wants him to be buried close to home. Perfectly reasonable.
You know how much the president’s race factors into this? Not one bit. Obama’s silence over this awful tragedy is deafening, but his race has nothing to do with it. You embarrass us by using such filthy derogatory language.
Maybe you should spend more time reflecting on your own shortcomings than on where you think parents should bury their own son.
