3:30PM EST: Sullivan EMS and other local emergency agencies are on the scene of an MVA involving an overturned vehicle on Route 17B near Beachwood Club Drive.

All occupants are reported to have self extricated themselves from the vehicle. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
