If you just happen to be wandering by South Street Seaport Sunday night and see a car drive into the East River, have no fear, it’s just Hollywood.
The NYPD is alerting the public that a movie shoot at the famous seaport will include a yellow taxi cab plunge into the river near Catherine Slip. The shoot started Saturday and continues Sunday about 7:00 p.m.
It is not known what movie is being shot, but hopefully they paid the fare in advance.
