Kiryat Arba resident Avraham Hosno HY”D was killed after he was run over by an Arab truck driver. Hosno stopped his car after being rocked and after getting out of the vehicle, he was run down by the truck which fled the scene.

The Defense Ministry on Monday, 20 Cheshvan, announced it has reached its decision and the death of Hosno HY”D is being viewed as an act of terror. This will undoubtedly give a measure of comfort to the family, which insisted the death was an act of terror but the ministry decided to probe the case.

In addition, this enables his widow and the family to receive benefits given to victims of terror.
