An officer and three subordinates from the Givati Brigade were released by military investigators after being suspected of beating terrorists in PA (Palestinian Authority) occupied el-Bireh. Complaints were filed against them backed up by a video, however investigators ruled they acted appropriately and they did not use unjustifiable force.
The soldiers were held in lockup as investigators feared if released they would be able to speak with one another and get their stories in sync. It did not take investigators long to realize they acted as they should and despite using force, their actions were justifiable.

They did NOT act justifiably, short of killing the terrorist is not justified!!!!
