Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces shot and killed a driver to tried to ram his vehicle into PA leader Abu Mazen’s motorcade in Ramallah on Tuesday.

PA officials report that while a number of Abu Mazen’s advisors were in the motorcade, the PA leader was not. They stated they are however certain this was an attempt on his life.

The incident is under investigation.
