A letter is circulating in recent days among IDF soldiers and border police serving in Yehuda and Shomron. The letters, attributed to “extremists”, calls on security forces to turn a blind eye to revenge terror attacks to avenge the blood of the Henkin parents who were murdered in a shooting attack in Shomron.
