Officials at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital report an improvement in the condition of Mrs. Adele Benita, 22, whose husband was killed in the motzei Shabbos Hoshana Raba terror attack in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Mrs. Benita arrived in the trauma unit with multiple stab wounds to her upper body and back, listed in serious condition. Her condition stabilized following surgery. Her son Natan, 2.5, was hit with gunfire a leg. He remains in stable condition and was transferred to Shaare Zedek Medical Center to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital to permit mother and son to rehabilitate at one another’s side.
