The IDF’s Civil Administration on Monday began demarcating 11 unauthorized outposts in Yehuda and Shomron towards handing residents eviction notices in the coming days. Targeted are communities established after 2001. Eviction orders are expected to take effect as soon as the coming 2-3 weeks.
Targeted are Shaked Farm, Hill 725 and Mitzpei Yitzhar, Chazon David, Ramat Gilad, Givat HaRoeh, Maale Rechavam, Mitzpei Lachish and Kiryat Arba. Mitzpei Assaf, Maon Farm.
The move comes following statements from Defense Minister Ehud Barak that he plans to remove over 20 unauthorized outposts following last week’s dismantling of Maoz Esther.

Ehud Barak is lucky that ben gurion didn’t try dismantle tel aviv when it was an outpost in those years, or he would have had to live in bnei b’rak. Or maybe he is lucky that the US president at that time didn’t order ben gurion to dismantle the neighborhoods he didn’t like.
