A Jewish resident of the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of N’vei Yaakov was attacked by three Arabs and stabbed in his back in a shopping center. The victim arrived at the shopping center in the neighborhood when three Arabs approached him, sprayed him with pepper spray and then stabbed him in his back three times.

The victim managed to flee and head home, from where he called police. He was transported to Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital in light-to-moderate condition.

Police are indicating the attack was criminal in nature and not terrorism and that the identities of the attackers are known to investigators. No arrests were made at the time of this report.
