A joint American-Israeli team is being formed to monitor the Iranian situation the Washington Times reports.

The report states the monitoring committee will exchange intelligence information and its establishment was finalized during the meeting earlier this week between US President Barak Obama and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.\

It is further reported the committee will provide America a direct channel of information to Israel, including any Israeli move that may be compelled by prolonged or failed diplomatic efforts.
