From observing the pictures – it seems that perhaps less then half the people there are indeed normal, but the majority do not seem to be the norm.
Wow great observation. I feel sorry for you.
Klal Yisroel ? I wonder if your comment would be called lashon harah ? At any rate , you appear to be well versed on not normal people .
it breaks my heart to see so many Jews giving money to support anti-Semites of the worse nature. Move Rebbe Nachman to some other place.
Tens of thousands people there are normal. Normal people don’t make for “interesting” pictures……
I have been privileged to travel to Uman many times for Rosh Hashono and I must comment that, while this photo gallery is fascinating, intriguing and slightly exotic, it is most certainly NOT representative of the true situation there, at least not in my experience. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it presents a skewed take on the momentous occasion that is Rav Nachman’s holy kibbutz at the New Year. There is enough unjustified “hisnagdus” and controversy surrounding Uman and Breslov in general already – why add to it by a form of visual “loshon horo”?!
Regardless of how they look , it is not Loshon Hara to remind the Olam that Breslov is a dangerous cult, who address as Morarenu someone who has been dead for 200 years and make up their own yiddeshkiet. Popular isn’t an indication of Emes.
