Once again Jewish visitors to Har Habayis on Wednesday morning 3 Tishrei were met by shouts of ‘Ala Akbar’ and more. While Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon recently declared the so-called Mourabitoun and Mourabitat provocateurs illegal, they were present on Wednesday to lead the shouts against the Jews.

Honenu attorney Itamar Ben-Givir reports there was a confrontation between Waqf Authority guards and Israel Police. During the entire visit of the Jews, they were targeted with shouts “With blood & fire we will redeem al-Aqsa”. Some of the Jews taking part in the visit feel that police lost control of the situation, calling on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to restore order for non-Muslims visiting the holy site.

It is added that Gedolei Yisrael throughout the generations have ruled one may not visit Har Habayis. This is the ruling of Gedolei Yisrael today as well, in addition to being the position of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
