US Official: Two State Solution Will Limit Iranian Threat

ach1.jpgA unique approach is being taken by America’s national security advisor, linking the two-state solution plan towards the establishment of a PA state with the Iranian nuclear threat. This is exactly.

US National Security Advisor Jim Jones told ABC News that the Iranian threat faced by Israel can be minimized by promoting the two-state solution intended to lead to the establishment of a Palestinian state.

The retired American general used the Iranian issue to promote the White House’s agenda, to compel the Netanyahu administration to accept and advance the two state solution towards establishing a Palestinian state on portions of Eretz Yisrael, including Yerushalayim. His position was echoed in the recent annual AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee) conference in the address delivered by White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

  1. Unlike the Bush administration, the staff of President Obama is not coordinating its policy on Iran or the greater Middle East with Israel and has not been informing the Jewish state of its plans or recent diplomatic developments in the Mideast, according to sources in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s.The silence extends to U.S. talks with the Palestinians, the sources said.According to other sources in the prime minister’s office, Israel has been obtaining the vast majority of its information regarding U.S. plans and advances for the Middle East from third parties, mostly European diplomats.

  2. SAYS WHO? another Jew hater, left wing idiot.
Remember the destruction of Israel is on the agenda of each and every existing country.

  3. Anything that improves Israeli relations with the Arabs, and in paricular the Arabs who live near Israel, reduces the threat of the Iranians attaching. Iran might be willing to take risks in order to become the champion of the Islamic world (destroying Israel and handing it over to their Arab friends would accomplish that). However the last thing the Iranians want is to be facing an Arab-Israeli alliance, which could result if they attack Israel after Israel has settled with the Arabs. Most Arab states don’t really like the Iranians. If Iran really is a threat to Israel, than normalization of Arab-Israeli relations would counter that threat.

However: 1) it is unclear if most Arabs, other than the elites, see Iran as a threat rather than as a liberator in waiting; 2) the Arabs haven’t really accepted a two-state solution as other than an interim step towards an Islamic replacement for Israel.

  4. Again, another absurdity. How can Rahm Emanuel “echo” those sentiments. America is terrorist sensitive at this time in history. But it is Israel who has been victim of terrorism for far too long. Would America ever consider giving land to Al Qaeda? An Al Qaeda state within our borders as a way to bring peace? Also, why does America say they will hunt terrorists in Iraq, Iran, etc. but not in Israel? For Israel, the US wants them to give land and divide the capital to the terrorists of all terrorists; the palestinians.

  5. Oh, please, the Jordanians who illegally squat on Hashem’s land should go back to Jordan and let their King support the lot of them.

    Doesn’t anyone remember this?

Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member Zahir Muhsein, Here’s what he said:

The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.

Out of the mouth of the evil itself…

  6. why are people suddenly waking up now? Bush and Rice were shoving the Pali state down israel’s throat for the last 8 years.

  7. However the last thing the Iranians want is to be facing an Arab-Israeli alliance, which could result if they attack Israel after Israel has settled with the Arabs.
