Yishai Schlisel, who stabbed a young girl to death and injured others in an attack at the Jerusalem Gay Parade has begun his trial in the Jerusalem District Court. Continuing his defiance and unwillingness to recognize the court, Schlisel refused to stand when the judge walked into the courtroom. When instructed to stand up he stated “I do not want to”. The court read the indictment as he sat.
The court assigned a public defender to Schlisel despite the defendant telling the court he does not want one. Schlisel added “HKBH does not give you the authority to judge. You do not go according to the Torah HaKadosha and I am not interested in being represented”.

Why should he stand for some judge? He will be convicted regardless.
& why should anyone stop for a RED LIGHT?
We normally stand when the judge enters the courtroom as a mark of respect for the office not the man.
#1,
Are you implying that he is innocent?
