The terrorist who stabbed a border policeman at Shar Shechem was indicted in the Jerusalem District Court on Sunday morning 8 Elul. An indictment of attempted murder was filed against 20-year-old Yasser Tarve of the Hebron area.

The terror attack took place two months ago when border policeman Roz Ben Carmella was seriously wounded from multiple stab wounds. B’chasdei Hashem Roz was able to respond and fire at his attacker. The indictment details how he continued to stab his victim in his upper body, pulling out the knife and continuing until he was shot and wounded.
