Dozens of protesters affiliated with the Eida Chareidis tzibur protested against chilul kevarim at a building site on Yosef Burg Street in Yerushalayim on Monday, 2 Elul. Police made three arrests. The construction location is not far from the Supreme Court complex.
The sweltering three digit temperatures did not stop several dozen members of the Eida Chareidis tzibur from protesting alleged chilul kevarim at the building site. Construction officials’ called police, who were quick to intervene and make three arrests.
Police maintained a presence at the site after the protest dispersed to make sure the construction was able to continue without interference.
