Former cabinet minister Eli Yishai, who heads the Yachad party that did not enter the 20th Knesset explained that the voter turnout in the last Knesset elections was very high. He explains if the voter turnout was 0.5 percent lower his party would have entered Knesset. “Not to mention the forgeries of Deri” he added.
He announced on Thursday 28 Menachem Av that he has not thrown in the towel, but plans to run in the next Knesset elections. During the interview with the Knesset Channel, Yishai explained that he accepts the verdict of elections and respects the decision of voters.
For now, he told the Knesset Channel he is busy building the foundation of his party along with fundraising. He remains optimistic and hopes to continue his activities in the field towards increasing the party’s membership base.

Can’t wait!!
An honest option for those disappointed with Shas, Bayit Yehudi, UTJ & Likud. Even some Lieberman & Kacholon people trust Yishei more.
Nice person. But in my opinion he should take the hint and get a regular job.
Great news! I’m still disappointed that he didn’t get in this time. Kol hakovod to him if he has the strength to give it another shot.
