Attorney Chaim Meir, who represents the Gross family in the NIS 11 million lawsuit resulting from the deaths of their two daughters, spoke with the media to explain the lawsuit, which comes as a surprise to many.
Gross spoke about their personal tragedy, which they have since learned was the result of the fact the pesticide field is not regulated and even today, people can purchase chemical pesticides that are toxic and may lead to the loss of life is used in one’s home. He adds the medical care at the Terem clinic “was very low and sent them back home instead of the hospital” and he stresses the lawsuit is to make sure such tragedies never happen again to anyone.
